Oebobo, Kota Kupang (Samping La Moringa NTT). Klinik utama ARRA sebagai pusat pelayanan kesehatan tingkat II di dukung oleh para dokter spesialis dan fasilitas penunjang klinik yang modern, dimana ruang lingkup pelayanan klinik utama ARRA meliputi pelayanan Spesialis Kandungan, Spesialis Penyakit dalam, Neurologi, Aesthetic, Laboratorium terlengkap & modern (Prodia) serta di dukung Apotek Terlengkap.
